According to the Ukrainian Attorney General, mass graves of civilians have been found in both Lyman and Svjatohirsk. Donetsk is among the four Ukrainian regions annexed by Russia. No country has recognized the annexation of the regions, and the G7 countries refer to the annexation as illegal. At the same time, Ukrainian forces have moved into towns in the region. 44 deceased civilians have been found in Lyman, and 34 in Svjatohirsk. Soldiers are also said to be buried in the mass graves, pictures from Reuters show.
