House prices in Norway have so far in 2022 risen by 6.7 per cent. – It is normal for house prices to fall in the last three months and we expect that house prices will continue to fall in the coming months. The uncertainty about developments in both the Norwegian and global economy makes it difficult to say whether the fall through the autumn will be stronger than normal. However, we will not be surprised if the price trend this autumn is weak, says Lauridsen.
