If you are fond of motorcycles, you will know that not every day you can see a  Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore . Above all, because Ducati has only manufactured  1,000 units  of this model and its price  does not go down from 75,000 euros .

But if it is already difficult to cross it on a road, much more complicated is that you will see it while you cool off taking a bath on a beach in Croatia. Yes, now the Ducati also flies, and not in a  metaphorical  sense.

The extravagance of a millionaire who did not want to get off his collection motorcycle to go to the beach for some water sports has achieved going viral on social media, and it is not for less: neither  short  nor  lazy , the millionaire has tied his motorcycle to a  paraglide  to raise it  20 meters above the water  to enjoy the marine breeze. As our partners at Motorpasion motorcycle: it goes wrong.

A Well “Viral”

The video, which has gone viral among fans of two wheels, begins with the  challenging task  of uploading a Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore weighing  188 kg  onto a boat via an  unstable floating platform .

In that context, the pilot appears, willing and confident as if uploading a collection motorcycle to a boat was a  routine activity . Not without some  cinematic tension , they finally manage to place it at the back of the boat. Subsequently, by harnesses anchored to the chassis of the motorcycle, they tie it to a  paraglide .

With the tense paragliding rope and the wind in their favor, the crucial moment of the feat arrives: the Panigale takes off. And no, it is not a metaphor. Literally, the wheels of this wonder of  1,103 cc and 216 hp  lift off from the boat, commencing a  solo flight  with its pilot attempting to maintain balance.

The result, as expected, is a  surreal image : a motorcycle worth  75,000 euros flying , tethered to a paraglide, as it is dragged by a boat navigating a picturesque Croatian beach. It’s like  oil on canvas .

To anyone’s surprise, the flight lasted only as long as the paraglide could provide the necessary wind support to hold the combined weight of over  260 kg  (the motorcycle and its pilot), resulting in a slow descent towards the sea. The video concludes abruptly to spare the feelings of sensitive bikers.

Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore: The Sacrificed Jewel

To understand the  magnitude  of this spectacle, we need to contextualize that the motorcycle in use is no ordinary Ducati. The  2025 model  is a mechanical masterpiece equipped with a V4 engine, capable of reaching speeds close to  300 km/h . It features carbon fiber tires, reducing inertia by  12% in the front  and  19% in the rear  compared to other models in the range.

Its gear is designed for maximum performance and to provide  extreme driving capabilities , whether on the circuit or the road. What Ducati didn’t expect was that it would also be rendered helpless in the water.

For the peace of mind of the viewers, it should be noted that no severe damages were inflicted upon the motorcycle (at least seemingly), as the video concludes with the protagonist performing a  burnout  on the dock with the motorcycle  spitting water  like a newly rescued drowning victim.

This episode not only tests the  technical resilience  of the motorcycle but also illustrates how far  eccentricity  can reach when monetary wealth, boredom, and social media converge.

In this curious tale of luxury and adventure, the influencer culture meets the spirit of daring experimentation. While the Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore is usually revered for its engineering prowess and speed, this particular escapade raises questions about practicality and safety, serving both as an incredible stunt and a sobering reminder of the unpredictability of extreme activities. Perhaps this will encourage others to consider the fine line between thrill-seeking and recklessness in the realm of motorsport.
