1 October 2022 at 04:04 Finds in notorious 1964 murder case The search for a 12-year-old British boy who disappeared in 1964 has intensified after a writer investigating the murders of Ian Brady and Myra Hindley in the 1960s made a suspicious discovery in a heather at Manchester. The police confirm to Sky News that they are investigating the place where possible remains of the 12-year-old have been found. Brady and Hindley were convicted of a total of five child murders, and both died while serving their sentences in prison. Four other victims were found in connection with the original police investigation, but the two did not remember where they had hidden the 12-year-old. Out on Saddleworth Moor, the police’s crime scene technicians are now investigating the discovery site. Now the almost 60-year-old mystery can be solved.
