The lawsuit therefore applies to both the former president and his three adult children, in addition to the Trump organization. The public prosecutor believes they are all involved in extensive fraud that spans over a decade. Donald Trump’s intention is said to have been to enrich himself. The lawsuit is over 200 pages long. The alleged fraud should apply to all aspects of Trump’s business. This also includes properties and golf courses. According to the lawsuit, the Trump Organization defrauded lenders, insurance companies and tax authorities by inflating the value of properties.
