Une enquête est ouverte à Paris après la plainte d’une dirigeante de la section féminine du club de rugby du Stade français contre le directeur sportif de celle-ci, accusé de harcèlement moral et de propos lesbophobes, a indiqué le parquet, mardi 27 mai, à l’Agence France-presse. L’enquête a été confiée à la Brigade de répression de la délinquance aux personnes (BRDP).
Après avoir subi ce qu’elle considérait comme « une énième humiliation » lors des vacances de la Toussaint à l’automne 2024, Laura, 27 ans, directrice bénévole de l’équipe féminine de rugby, avait d’abord fait un signalement à la Fédération française de rugby (FFR) en décembre, démarche dont elle a informé le bureau exécutif du Stade français.
La FFR a confirmé avoir reçu ce signalement sur sa plateforme dédiée et que le conseil de discipline du rugby français a été saisi. Une enquête interne au Stade Français a aussi été menée et début janvier, le dirigeant a écopé d’un blâme. Mais selon Mediapart, qui a révélé les accusations il y a quelques semaines, les propos homophobes et sexistes ainsi que le harcèlement n’ont pas été « retenus » contre le directeur sportif.
« Système de domination »
Laura, qui n’a pas souhaité donner son nom, a ensuite porté plainte mi-janvier contre les « propos dérangeants, homophobes et sexistes » dont elle accuse le dirigeant. Le 22 mai, les joueuses des Pink Rockets, l’équipe féminine du Stade français, ont appelé dans un communiqué à la démission du directeur sportif, dont les paroles « participent à un système de domination et d’exclusion », et critiqué « l’inaction et les tentatives de dissimulation » du bureau de l’association. Ce dernier a affirmé adresser « sans retenue tout notre soutien à la victime de ces faits ».
Suspendu de ses fonctions auprès de l’équipe féminine depuis début janvier et la conclusion de l’enquête interne, le directeur sportif a cependant conservé le reste de ses prérogatives au sein de l’association qui gère la structure non-professionnelle (catégories de jeunes et féminines) du Stade français, en parallèle de la structure professionnelle masculine évoluant en Top 14.
« Dans le dossier que j’apporte à la Fédération, il y a six témoignages (de joueuses), mais il faut savoir qu’il y a des filles qui n’ont pas osé témoigner, par peur que ça entache leur carrière rugbystique », soulignait Laura, affirmant que le dirigeant menaçait les joueuses de « pourrir » leurs carrières si elles quittaient le club.
