17 September 2022 at 11:42 Woman in her 40s charged with attempted murder after stabbing A woman in her 40s has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after the stabbing in Tysvær on Saturday morning. The injured man, who is in his 50s, was flown by air ambulance to the University Hospital in Stavanger. He was then conscious, writes Sør-West police district in a press release. The woman contacted the police herself shortly after 10 o’clock, and reported that she had stabbed the man. The police are still on the scene with tactical and technical investigators to secure the scene and interview witnesses. There must have been several people nearby when the incident happened, the press release states.
