Un père d’élève a violemment agressé un surveillant du collège Jacques-Mauré de Castelginest (Haute-Garonne), près de Toulouse, ce vendredi, en lui assénant « plusieurs coups violents », a fait savoir le rectorat de l’académie de Toulouse, cité par La Dépêche du Midi.
Selon le rectorat, un père d’élève, scolarisé dans le collège, s’est présenté devant l’établissement vendredi matin. Il a « interpellé les assistants d’éducation (AED) au portail et a demandé à voir un élève », explique l’académie.
Un autre agent blessé
Face au refus des assistants d’éducation, l’homme « s’est vivement emporté et a donné plusieurs coups violents » à un des surveillants. Il « a également été menaçant avec un agent territorial du collège », poursuit le rectorat.
Le maire de la commune, Grégoire Carneiro, s’est rendu sur place avec les forces de l’ordre : « Ce n’est pas à prendre à la légère ! », a-t-il confié à nos confrères de La Dépêche. « De ce que l’on sait, le père aurait cassé le nez du surveillant et se serait ensuite acharné sur lui lorsqu’il était au sol », a-t-il poursuivi.
Une fois sur place, les policiers « l’ont immobilisé le temps que la gendarmerie prenne le relais », a poursuivi l’édile, qui précise qu’un des agents de l’établissement, qui a tenté de s’interposer, a lui aussi été blessé. Selon La Dépêche, les enseignants ont immédiatement exercé leur droit de retrait. Les élèves ont été renvoyés chez eux et l’établissement a fermé.
