“He had a lot of resources” in particular the threat of broadcasting compromising sex videos, added Cassie, his real name, Casandra Ventura, during this highly anticipated testimony on the second day of the debates. The singer, who had been in a relationship for years with the rapper and producer, testified while pregnant and regularly took breaks, wiping her eyes with a handkerchief. Her hearing by the accusation and then the defense should last for several days.

Casandra Ventura had filed a resounding civilian complaint for **violence** and **rape** against Sean Combs, aka P. Diddy, in the fall of 2023. This case immediately settled prosecution, but it was followed by dozens of other complaints from women and men regarding **sexual violence** against the hip-hop icon of the East Coast of the United States.

Several months after, a video broadcast by CNN from a **video surveillance camera** in a Los Angeles hotel, which the jurors saw on Monday, showed the **rapper** exhibiting extremely violent behavior towards the singer in March 2016. Another witness, a 41-year-old stripper, provided detailed accounts of being paid to engage in sexual activities with the singer while the rapper was present, which occurred in 2012 and 2013. These incidents, termed as **Freak-offs**, form the crux of the accusations, as P. Diddy is alleged to have coerced women into engaging in **sex marathons** with sex workers. The threat of broadcasting videos of these acts has been cited as a means of silencing the women involved.
