At the same time, Nordås should have been offered to continue training with the Ingebrigtsen brothers, according to Skoland. In the TV 2 case, Nordås says that after the Ingebrigtsen brothers’ breakup with their father in 2022, he did not have a good basis for assessing how he should relate to Gjert Ingebrigtsen. In autumn 2023, the Ingebrigtsen brothers gave more details about the breakup with their father in a chronicle in VG. Nordås tells TV 2 that he was not aware of any of what appeared in the chronicle. – Of course I was put out and thought, “What is this? Can this be true?”. Then you start to look at things in retrospect and think – “is there something I’ve overlooked? Is it something I should have seen, or something they were trying to say?”.
