Marius Borg Høiby will be detained for up to one week. He is subject to a letter and visiting ban. This is revealed in a ruling from the Oslo district court. On Wednesday afternoon, it became known that the police have charged Høiby with two counts of rape without intercourse. He denies criminal guilt. Defense attorney Øyvind Bratlien describes the prosecution’s rape accusations as “catastrophic misjudgments”.
