The Economic Times writes that ships and helicopters are working to rescue the soldiers from the water. The vessel had a problem due to severe weather outside the Gulf of Thailand, approximately 20 nautical miles from Bang Saphan. No deaths have been reported so far, but 11 people are being treated in hospital.
