18 have been killed and at least 30 people injured in the rocket attack on the port city of Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi, according to Ukrainian emergency services. A total of seven people have been rescued alive, among them three children, it is further stated. A child is also among the dead. The rocket attack is said to have been carried out from a plane over the Black Sea, reports Sergei Bratsjuk, spokesman for the military administration in the Odesa region.
