On Tuesday, the court heard how the underage girl was deceived by the defendant for several months. The man in his 40s is accused of rape or sexual intercourse with a total of 20 victims. Eight of them were under the age of 14. We are talking about both physical abuse and actions that have taken place over the internet. He pleads guilty to almost everything. The most serious charge is several gross rapes that must have happened in the course of a couple of months. The offended girl was then 13 years old. Barely two weeks after the defendant in his 40s was arrested, the girl told about some of what she had experienced. It happened in an organized interview with the police. In the interview that the court was able to see on Tuesday, the girl says that she got to know Maiken on Snap before she met the defendant. As the victim wanted to know who Maiken was and whether she was “real”, a meeting was arranged with a person who could vouch for Maiken. The person was the defendant. He told the offended party that he had done some work for Maiken before. The victim was also sent a picture of Maiken who said she lived in Trondheim. But Maiken was not a real person. Maiken was the defendant who pretended to be a young girl on Snap. It started with the victim and a friend taking lots of sexualized pictures of each other that Maiken ordered. – There were probably 10,000 pictures. We were so sorry, but did it because Maiken asked us to. Then came the new wish: – We made the rape videos because Maiken asked for it, says the girl in the interview. “We” were accused and offended. There he says that he is being threatened with his life by Maiken who wants more videos. In the interview, the girl says that she was frightened by the video in which the defendant was apparently threatened with his life by Maiken. The girl said that after the videos she wanted to stop having sex with the defendant. But he must have said that they could carry on, but without filming. It happened, but the victim knew it wasn’t right because she was only 14 years old. She told the interview that the defendant was not feeling well either: – He was sick of himself, says the victim. Other times he could get irritated and angry. She felt forced to have sex with him. Other times she said no, but he did it anyway. She said that the defendant bought both pregnancy tests and birth control pills. Several of the other underage girls in the indictment belonged to the same environment. He said it was in case Maiken got in touch again and wanted to buy more, says the victim. Later, the defendant told the victim that he had destroyed the photos and videos. When the police searched both the flat, the bows and his cabin, they found large quantities of abuse photos – and videos. His mobile phones were found a few weeks later. The defense lawyer informed the court on Monday that the client cannot be in a room with many people present. The case is closed to the public, but the press may be present under certain conditions. He follows it on a video link from another room in the courthouse. The majority in the court accepted this on Tuesday morning. A fellow judge in the minority thought the defendant should sit in the courtroom. On Tuesday afternoon, the defendant wished to go back to prison.
